Multi-Dimensional: You have a purpose, stay patient

Happy Sunday,

I hope you have had a great week!

I am always looking for ways to create meaningful content and resources that truly resonate with you. I'd love to learn more about how you journal—what works, what doesn't, and what could help you stay consistent. I've put together a quick survey that should only take 1-2 minutes. Your input would mean so much to me.

Take the Survey

Thank you for being a part of this journey with me. I can't wait to hear your thoughts!

Below are 6 journal prompts for you to explore, one for each dimension of your perspective.

Personal History

It is easy to look at people who are where we want to be and think they’ve always had it figured out. We rarely see the struggles, detours, and hard work that got them there.

Ask someone you look up to what their life looked like at your age.

Environment

Our homes are where we spend most of our time, which is why it is important to reflect on how they influence us.

If you had to describe how your home environment makes you feel in three words, what would they be?

Beliefs

One of the most difficult parts of growth is accepting that, in order to get to where you want to go, you have to believe in a version of yourself that you haven't met yet.

What fears are holding you back from believing in that version of yourself?

Emotions

When you think about your emotional experiences, which emotion do you feel the least often?

Why do you think that is?

Relationships

If someone you care about has hurt your feelings, tell them. Strong relationships are built on the back of honest communication.

Is there a conversation you've been avoiding that could bring you closer to someone?

Identity

You have a purpose. It might just be waiting for you to find it.

How do you feel like you can move closer to discovering it?

Until next week,
