Happy Sunday!
Below are 6 journal prompts for you to explore, one for each dimension of your perspective.

Personal History
I used to draw eyes all the time when I was younger—on napkins, notebooks, anything I could find. Looking back, it makes sense.
I’ve always been drawn to perspective, to seeing things from different angles. Even back then, I was trying to understand the world (and maybe even myself) through what I saw.
It’s funny how we can spot breadcrumbs later on, small clues hidden in the ways we used to express ourselves.
A doodle. A journal entry. A song lyric we couldn’t stop singing.
Some part of us already knew who we were becoming. All along, we were leaving maps for our future selves without even realizing it.
What old creations or memories feel like hints of who you are now?
Environment
You can't discover anything in a place that doesn't ask you to ask questions.
Discovery requires friction. It happens in places that make you feel uncomfortable. In places that make you feel curious and awake.
If you find yourself feeling stuck, maybe it's not you.
Maybe it's where you are.
Maybe you have outgrown the questions being asked around you.
What environments cause you to ask the most questions?
Beliefs
I’ve found freedom in learning that I can observe without having to absorb. We don’t have to make the beliefs of others our own just to hear them.
The space between listening and absorbing allows us to stay curious, grounded, and open without having to lose ourselves.
Who have you learned from, simply by observing?
Emotions
What emotions do you feel in the in-between?
In the space after an ending but before a new beginning. Do you rush to fill the silence, or can you sit with the unknown?
Relationships
When you don't compromise, you booth lose.
While empathy builds bridges, stubbornness builds walls.
It's not about giving in, it's about learning to meet in the middle.
Whenever I was being stubborn, my mom would ask me:
“Do you want to be right, or do you want to be happy? What's more important to you right now?"
Is there a place in your life right now where choosing peace could matter more than being right?
Identity
Why are you worth knowing?
I know this question is direct and maybe even a little uncomfortable. But it’s not meant to challenge your worth. It’s meant to invite you back to it.
What makes you uniquely you? What parts of yourself do you feel often go unnoticed?
Answer for you, not anyone else. The way you see yourself shapes everything.
Until next week,
