Another Sunday in the books, and I'm grateful I get to spend a little time sharing thoughts with you all. Welcome back to another week of Multi-Dimensional.
The theme of this week is remembering.
There are many reasons people journal, whether it's to process, to express, or to release. For me, it's to remember.
When I look back through old entries, I find pieces of myself I’d forgotten. Versions of me that were hopeful, scared, curious, or just trying their best. Reading those words reminds me of my story, how far I’ve come, and helps me reconnect with who I am.
I saw a quote this week that said "memories are the architect of identity". In many ways, our memories are what actually provide us with a sense of self. They craft the narrative of who we are and provide an explanation for the ways in which we've changed.
In the quiet moments between a jam-packed schedule, I noticed I've been feeling a little distant from myself. And I think the antidote to that...is to remember.
If you have also been feeling that distance, I invite you to trace your way back through the moments, memories, and people that made you who you are today.
Below are 6 journal prompts for you to explore, one for each dimension of your perspective.

Personal History
Travel back through the archives as far as you can. What is your earliest memory?
Environment
Where does your memory go when you think of “home,” and how has that picture changed over time?
Beliefs
What’s a memory that still shapes what you believe about life, even if you didn’t realize it until now?
Emotions
What is a memory that still makes you laugh?
Relationships
Who do you still carry in memory, even if they no longer have a place in your present? What part of you do they help you remember?
Identity
When you look back, which memories feel like turning points. What are the moments that have defined who you’ve become?
Until next week,
