What is a story or experience from your past that has shaped you in profound ways, but that people rarely think to ask you about?

What do you wish they understood about you because of it?

 

Environment

You don’t always need to change your environment. Sometimes, you just need to shift your pace within it.

Does the energy around you feel rushed, stagnant, or balanced? Would it serve you to slow down, or to speed things up?
What can you adjust, internally or externally, to better match the pace you need?
