Happy Sunday!
I hope this past week has treated you well and that today you’re giving yourself time to reset, refresh, and recharge before Monday arrives.
In stark contrast to the restlessness I felt last week, this week brought me an unexpected wave of peace. My mind is usually a chaotic place (anyone else?!). I’m a chronic over-thinker, a relentless problem solver, I have a hyperactive imagination, and because my mind always tries to be ten steps ahead, I experience a lot of anxiety about whether or not I am doing everything "right", and what will become of my future.
But this week was different. Maybe it’s the shift in seasons, maybe it’s just grace, but I felt my mind take a deep breath. Almost like a future version of me reached back to offer me some much needed reassurance:
|
And I believe the same is true for you.
I want to take a moment to remind you:
You are enough.
You are doing enough.
Celebrate how far you’ve already come.
Stay open to the lessons on the road ahead.
And keep believing in the vision you see.
If you need a little practice this week, write that phrase on a sticky note and put it where you’ll see it every morning. Let it become your anchor as you step into the week ahead.
Below are 6 journal prompts, one for each dimension of your perspective.

Personal History
What part of your past have you recently made peace with? What shifted in you?
Environment
Where do you feel most at ease in the world? What is it about that place that brings you peace?
Beliefs
What anxious beliefs tend to shape the way you look ahead? What would their opposite, more confident versions sound like?
Emotions
What emotions cloud your sense of peace, and what helps you move through them?
Relationships
Who in your life makes you feel like everything will be okay when you’re around them? What is it about them that grounds you?
Identity
If a wiser future version of you could speak to you right now, what do you think they would say?
Until next week,
