Personal History
Once I finally jumped, I began trusting my ability to leap.
Write about a time in your life that you just went for it.
How did it feel?
What was the result of it?
Environment
Evaluating whether the environment you’re in supports your growth doesn’t have to be complicated. When I was younger, I loved playing the “hot and cold” game with my cousins. If we were getting closer to what we were looking for, we’d shout, “Warmer! Hot! Burning hot!” If we were far away, we’d say, “Cold.”
Do the same with your life. Assess where you are right now. Are you getting warmer, or are you cold?
Beliefs
"Blind belief in authority is the greatest enemy of truth."
— Albert Einstein
What is a belief you hold that you have never personally questioned?
Emotions
Most people spend their lives chasing a feeling, whether it’s happiness, peace, belonging, or something else. For me, at this stage in life, it’s liberation. Every action I take, every choice I make, is driven by a desire for freedom.
What feeling do you find yourself chasing the most?
Relationships
Forgive fast, and forgive often.
I have found this to be the key to lasting relationships. Not because people won’t hurt you, but because love can’t thrive where resentment grows.
Think about a time you chose to forgive.
What shifted in you or in the relationship afterward?
Identity
What do you see when you look in the mirror?
What do you wish you saw?
What is the biggest gap between the you that is, and the you that you envision?
Until next week,
