Below are 6 journal prompts for you to explore, one for each dimension of your perspective.

Personal History
Pick a number between 10-20.
Open your camera roll.
Close your eyes and scroll for the number of seconds that you chose and click on a photo.
Open your eyes and look at it.
What’s happening in that memory?
Who were you with?
What were you doing?
How were you feeling in that moment?
What version of you does this photo represent?
Is there anything that version of you would want to tell you now?
Anything you might want to say to them?
Environment
There is always an exchange unfolding between you and the spaces you occupy.
Is your environment a reflection of you, or are you a reflection of it?
Beliefs
Experiences are the vehicle that shape your point of view.
They’re how you arrive at the beliefs you hold.
So let’s reverse-engineer that.
What do you want to believe about yourself, or the world around you? And what experiences could help you get there?
Emotions
"When it's hurt you hold, go find the feeling you need the most"
That line from Rise by EMBRZ (ft. Abroad) caught me off guard this week.
Most of the time, my emotions feel like reactions to whatever's happening around me. I rarely think to go find the feeling I need.
What feeling do you need the most?
Where can you go find it?
Relationships
We spend our lives trying to be understood, yet most people only know the version of us we choose to show.
How many people in your life really know you?
Identity
If you could experience the world through anyone else's eyes for a day, who would you choose?
How might seeing life from their perspective help you better understand your own?
Until next week,
