Welcome to the first edition of the "Multi-Dimensional" newsletter!
If you joined me for the 100 Days of Questions, you know how powerful it can be to explore your perspective one question at a time. Since the 100 Days ended, I've missed connecting with you all and have been thinking about how to keep offering thoughtful ways to help you reflect and grow, and that's how this newsletter was created.
Every Sunday, you'll receive 6 journal prompts to help you pause, reflects and gain new insights. If there's anything specific you are hoping to see, or if you have any feedback along the way, I'd love to hear from you.
I want this space to be all about community—sharing, connecting, and reflecting together. I invite you to share your thoughts on any of the journal prompts from the newsletters. Whether it’s an experience, a story, a poem, or an insight, your perspective matters. Each edition of this newsletter will have a link to a form at the bottom if you would like to share.
I look forward to continuing this journey and building this community together.
Below are 6 journal prompts for you to explore this week, one for each dimension of your perspective.
Personal History
Your past becomes more meaningful when it can be created into a tool to guide your future.
What is one experience from your past that has served as a lesson helping you navigate your path forward?
Environment
“You become what you surround yourself with. Energies are contagious. Choose carefully. Your environment will become you.” - Tamara Kulish
What is the energy of the environment surrounding you? Is it in alignment with the energy you want to feel?
Beliefs
Beliefs can be fluid. You only have to hang on to them as long as they are serving you.
What beliefs have served you this year? Are there any you are in the process of letting go?
Emotions
Election Day was nearly one week ago. For many, election season is a highly emotional time. It is important to take time to express all that you feel.
As you reflect on the past week, what emotions did you feel surrounding the election? What caused you to feel that way?
Relationships
In order to sustain a healthy relationship with others, you must first learn to sustain a healthy relationship with yourself.
Take a moment to check in with yourself.
How is the relationship with the person looking back at you in the mirror? What is one aspect of that relationship that you are proud of yourself for? What is one aspect that needs work?
Identity
“Instead of sounding like others, value your own voice. Develop it. Cherish it.” - Rick Rubin, The Creative Act
What is unique about your voice? How can you start to share it with the world?
Until next week,
